Preparation Instructions:
This Celtic dagger cocktail recipe is a bit off the beaten path, but it tastes awesome. To get the cocktail going, first you will need to take out your cocktail shaker. Take the lid off, and then pour into it the Jameson Irish Whiskey, Celtic Crossing Irish Liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, bees honey, and crushed ice. Next tightly secure the lid, and then fearlessly shake the contents together until all of the bees honey has dissolved, and the liquids have a nice solid even color. You will then want to pour the drink into a whiskey tumbler or short highball drink glass. Wrap the glass in a napkin, and then sip your way into heaven. If you aren't a fan of pineapple juice, then you can swap that called for ingredient with orange juice instead. I'm also told that this drink tastes great with apple juice too. We hope that you have fun with this unique cocktail. Please don't forget to add our site to your favorites list, so you can visit again soon.
