Contrary to this freckled irish virgin cocktail's name, it is not an alcohol free virgin cocktail. To get the drink started, please take out a cocktail shaker. Add into the shaker the Jameson Irish whiskey, Heering Cherry Liqueur, white granulated sugar, red food coloring, and lemon juice. Tightly secure the lid on the shaker, and then robustly shake up the contents until the liquids form a uniform color, and all of the sugar granulates have dissolved. You will then want to take out a Collins glass, fill it with your ice cubes, and then pour the mixed drink into the glass. Be sure and strain your lemon juice before mixing it with the other liquids, as you do not want any lemon pulp in it. As a garnish, drop a Maraschino cherry into your glass.
