Preparation Instructions:
This Irish buck cocktail recipe was sent in to us by George from Indianapolis Indiana. To begin the quick and easy preparation process first you will need to take out a standard Collins glass. Fill your Collins glass with the crushed ice then pour in the Bushmills Irish whiskey and fresh squeezed key lime juice. Next top off the drink with the Canada Dry ginger ale. Finally you will want to garnish the cocktail with a single fresh cut lime slice. Wrap your Collins glass in a cloth napkin and serve the drink immediately. This drink can put you on your behind really quickly so do be sure to sip on it slowly. With regard to the whiskey please do feel free to swap out the Bushmills for Jameson, Jack Daniel's, Seagram's, or any other brand of your choosing. You can also use ginger beer in this recipe instead of ginger ale, another variation which tastes great. Many thanks to George again for submitting this delicious recipe.
