This absolutely delicious and world renown Irish car bomb shooter recipe is not for the faint of heart. Please don't order this by the same name while in Ireland, as doing so is culturally insensitive, and a bit rude. Instead call it a depth charger while visiting the Emerald Isle. Creating the drink is extremely simple. First take out a standard pint glass, and fill it three quarters of the way full with Guinness stout. Next make yourself a half and half shot, consisting first of the Bailey's Irish cream liqueur, then float the Jameson Irish whiskey on top of it. You will then want to take the shot glass, and carefully drop it into the Guinness, and then proceed to chug down the whole beer. The reason you have to drink it all right away, is because the acid content within the beer will cause the Bailey's Irish cream to curdle quickly. Put three of these away, and then head out to party hard.
