This Irish coffee drop shooter recipe is an offshoot of the Irish Car Bomb shooter recipe. To get started, please take out a solid pint glass or pint size beer mug. Next pour the Guinness Stout Draught to the three quarter marker, but not any higher than that. Next take out a two ounce shot glass, and fill it half way with the Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur. Moving along, next fill the remaining half of the shot glass with the Kahlua Coffee Liqueur. You will then want to carefully drop the shot glass into your pint glass filled with Guinness, and chug the drink down without stopping. If you don't chug down the whole drink quickly, the acid in the stout will cause the Irish cream to curdle and turn bitter. Also you might want to stick your thumb across the middle of the pint glass opening while you're chugging it, that way you can stop the shot glass from slamming against your teeth, and possible chipping or cracking your enamel.
