Nothing goes down the hatch more perfectly on St. Patrick's Day, than this plastic paddy cocktail. To get the recipe started, please take out a large chilled beer mug. Next you will want to pour your ice cold Harp Irish lager into the mug. Moving along, next pour into the beer the Jameson Irish whiskey. Once both of the main ingredients have been added, pour in the green food coloring. To mix up this cocktail, take out a long swizzle stick, and then rapidly stir the beverage until it's a nice even green color. If you can't get your hands on some Harp Irish lager, then use any brand of pale ale or lager that is available. The best way to drink this cocktail, is to slam it down all at once. I find that chugging two or three of these bad boys down, is a great way to start my St. Paddy's Day celebration.
